Our online application is easy and only takes 15 minutes to complete. Start by creating your account. From there, fill in the information requested and take a quick survey just in case we need to match you with a roommate. Once you input your guarantor information and other financial details, you’ll be on your way to signing your own personalized lease agreement. For any questions along the way, contact our leasing office and one of our friendly team members will be happy to assist you.
At IDENTITY, we don’t require cosigners for our leases. Instead, we require guarantors. Learn about guarantors below.
Guarantors are a third party outside of a tenant and a landlord that ensure the timely, full payment of rent. Usually, these are financially stable individuals close to Identity residents.
Yes! Apartments are fully furnished from the day you move in. Living rooms comes complete with a sofa, coffee table, mounted SMART TV, and media stand. Kitchens are decked out with barstool seating, quartz countertops, a large basin sink with a faucet sprayer and garbage disposal, and stainless-steel appliances including oven with full stovetop, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Bedrooms each come with a full-size bed with memory-foam mattress, under-bed storage, desk, chair, and custom wardrobe, bathrooms have bath tile surround, and quartz surface vanities. Your apartment home also features wood-style flooring, in-home stackable washer and dryer, and USB power outlets. Our custom-designed furnishings are tailored to the floor plan you choose!

Of course. We have a secure, covered parking garage for the exclusive use of our IDENTITY Logan Park residents. To discuss getting your personal parking spot, contact our leasing office. Spaces are limited and leased on a first-come, first-served basis, so be sure to call to inquire about a parking spot today. Got a bike? Identity offers indoor bike storage to accommodate your two-wheel transport.
The safety of our residents is our first priority at IDENTITY. We have round-the-clock HD camera surveillance, Salto Electronic Unit Key Fob, and a virtual doorman courtesy of Butterfly MX to help keep the community secure.
Absolutely! You and your furry friends are more than welcome at IDENTITY – we even have an onsite dog park. Please ask a leasing agent how you can register your pet!
Each unit at our apartments in Berkeley has its own mailbox in the mailroom on the first floor of the building located near the resident lounge and leasing office. All mail for the entire unit will be delivered there. If a package doesn’t fit in the mailbox, it will be delivered to our leasing office.
We make things easy with our online Resident Portal. Paying rent is done completely online and can even be automated. When you become a resident, you’ll create an account to access your Resident Portal, where you’ll see an option in the dashboard to pay your rent each month.
The Resident Portal is where you can also go to submit maintenance requests. You can see a log of the maintenance requests you’ve submitted and the status of each. You can navigate to the maintenance tab in the portal, or you can simply press the “Submit Maintenance Request” button on the homepage of the dashboard.
The amenities at our apartments in Berkeley are available exclusively to residents and their guests – it’s one of the amazing perks of living IDENTITY.
